  • Upload malicious files or software
  • Use the system for personal or illegal activities

Users are responsible for:

  • Ensuring accuracy of data entered
  • Reporting any suspicious activity or breach

All ERP activities may be monitored and logged for security and compliance purposes.

All ERP data, software, reports, and content are the property of SHRITECH Energy.

  1. Data Ownership

All data entered into the ERP system belongs to SHRITECH Energy and may be used for business operations.

  1. Suspension or Termination of Access

SHRITECH reserves the right to suspend or terminate ERP access for:

  • Misuse of the system
  • Breach of these terms
  • Security risks
  • End of employment or contract
  1. Limitation of Liability

SHRITECH is not liable for:

  • Data loss due to user negligence
  • Unauthorized access due to password sharing
  • System downtime due to maintenance or technical issues
  1. Compliance with Laws

Users must comply with all applicable laws when using the ERP system.
